HR office clerk – Personnel administration

PLC S.p.A. is looking for a professional figure to be included within the HR department, to work alongside the Personnel Administration Manager for the following activities:
- Recruitment; transformations; extensions; termination of employment contracts, preparation of letters and related UNILAVs;
- Attendance and payroll processing;
- Personnel cost processing;
- Payroll accounting processing;
- Elaboration of annual obligations (CU, 770, Self-assessments);
- Management of the relationship with the INPS social security and INAIL welfare body;
- Management of the employment relationship, professionalizing apprenticeship, placement / reintegration internships;
- Management of the executive employment relationship and related Funds;
- Management of national and transnational staff secondment;
- Management of personnel transfer;
- Data entry activities;
- Archiving of personal documentation in force;
- Preparation for the use of outlook; Zucchetti attendance and payroll software; internal management systems.
Furthermore, he / she must possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of the English language level B2 (minimum);
- 2/3 years of experience in the field.
