PLC S.p.A. is looking for a professional figure to be included within the HR department, to work alongside the Personnel Administration Manager for the following activities:
- Recruitment; transformations; extensions; termination of employment contracts, preparation of letters and related UNILAVs;
- Attendance and payroll processing;
- Personnel cost processing;
- Payroll accounting processing;
- Elaboration of annual obligations (CU, 770, Self-assessments);
- Management of the relationship with the INPS social security and INAIL welfare body;
- Management of the employment relationship, professionalizing apprenticeship, placement / reintegration internships;
- Management of the executive employment relationship and related Funds;
- Management of national and transnational staff secondment;
- Management of personnel transfer;
- Data entry activities;
- Archiving of personal documentation in force;
- Preparation for the use of outlook; Zucchetti attendance and payroll software; internal management systems.
- Knowledge of the English language level B2 (minimum);
- 2/3 years of experience in the field.

PLC Service S.r.l., a company directly controlled by PLC S.p.a., market leader in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructures and renewable energy production plants, is looking for a figure to be included in its workforce in the role of Maintenance Manager expert in the management of photovoltaic parks.
The candidate must possess the following requirements:
- Electrical engineering technician diploma;
- Minimum five-year experience in the sector, with proven experience in troubleshooting on photovoltaic and medium voltage inverters;
- Transversal expertise in the electrical field, aimed at performing activities independently, working in a team and possibly being able to lead one, managing on-site operations according to the company's procedures and work instructions in the technical, safety and environmental fields.
- High school diploma in the technical field;
- 5 years of previous experience in the maintenance of photovoltaic systems;
- English Level A2;
- Knowledge of the main IT tools and the most common operating systems and software;
- Knowledge of instrumentation used in the photovoltaic field;
- Driving license B.
